So, the government is about to pull the rug from under the lame duck that is the CSA. Which is nice.
Except.
It appears that parents will be 'encouraged' to make their own arrangements, while the new agency will pursue unco-operative ones. How is that going to work?
By using much of the existing CSA infrastructure (that does not work)? By using the same managers (or a permutation of same) that dug the CSA into a hole the size of Jupiter? By changing the mastheads on the departmental stationery?
Probably. Ooh look, problem solved!
